Postgraduates majoring in public health and preventive medicine of the class 2016-2020 were garded to complete a questionnaire. To comprehensive analysis of units, positions, salaries and employment satisfaction of graduates in the past five years, we found that the overall employment trend of master"s students in public health and preventive medicine is good, However, there are also problems such as the average employment satisfaction of graduates, the mismatch between majors and positions, and insufficient attention by work units. On this basis, suggestions and opinions on how to guide more public health talents to serve public health were put forward.
