Abstract:Clinical nursing practice teaching is the key link of nursing students' ability training, and also an important part of nursing education. This study took a tertiary A hospital in Fujian Province as an example to analyze the current situation and difficulties of clinical nursing practice teaching mode. The study found that the teaching objectives were not clear enough, the teaching contents were not specific, the construction of the teaching staff needed to be improved, and the evaluation methods and contents were not comprehensive enough. This study introduced the concept of OBE (Outcome based education) into the teaching reform of clinical nursing practice, defined teaching objectives according to clinical needs, optimized teaching content, strengthened the construction of teaching staff, built a scientific evaluation system, promoted the standardization of clinical nursing teaching mode, and trained qualified nursing talents with solid theory, skilled skills and good humanistic quality.
