Abstract:Parasitic diseases are mainly prevalent in tropical and subtropical areas including countries/regions along the “Belt and Road” and African continent. It is particularly important to improve the quality of human parasitology teaching for international students in China. Since the English language proficiency, education background and way of thinking of international students are different, their learning effects in traditional classes are often poor. The summative assessment alone cannot effectively improve the teaching quality of human parasitology and the learning effect of international students. This article describes the implementation strategy of online and offline diversified formative assessments in human parasitology teaching, analyzes and discusses its implementation effect in teaching, in order to provide a reference for the teaching evaluation of this course in medical colleges.
