The construction of the " ‘San Quan’ Education " system is the need for medical colleges and universities to implement the fundamental task of Building Morality and cultivating people, the need to build an ideological and political work system, and the need to serve the "healthy China" strategy. This paper attempts to take the practice of Fujian Medical University as an example, put forward five measures for medical colleges and universities to build the " ‘San Quan’ Education " system, analyze the problems and reasons existing in the practice of system construction, refine and optimize the three strategies for medical colleges and universities to build the " ‘San Quan’ Education " system, and provide reference for medical colleges and universities to build the "three complete education" system.
