The incidence rate of chronic cardiopulmonary diseases is increasing year by year, and its disability rate and mortality rate are high. It has become a public health problem in China. Involving rehabilitation as early as possible in the prevention and treatment of diseases can improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the incidence of preventable chronic diseases and disability caused by diseases. Therefore, the development of cardiopulmonary and severe rehabilitation is very important for the prevention and treatment of diseases of the heart and lung system. By introducing the connotation and significance of cardiopulmonary and intensive care rehabilitation, this paper focuses on the current situation of the development of cardiopulmonary and intensive care rehabilitation in Fujian Province，and finds that patients have low awareness and participation rates, suppliers (medical institutions, medical personnel) have insufficient service capabilities and medical insurance payment system, and puts forward suggestions and thoughts on the development of cardiopulmonary and severe rehabilitation in Fujian Province, as well as prospects for future development.
