Analyzing the current situation of the development of community medical and nursing combination, and puting forward feasible suggestions for its development. Based on the swot-clpv model, this study evaluates the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats, control, leverage, problrm and vulnerability. Policy support is the core opportunity element of the external environment. Lack of service capacity, imperfect management mechanism and heavy personal burden are the main problems in the development of community medical and nursing combination. The mode of community medical and nursing care has its unique development advantages under the support of policies, but it still needs to improve the quality of personnel, give full play to the function, increase medical expenses compensation, and implement the main responsibility of the government to improve the service quality.
