The organizations of parents for the disabled play an important role in the cause of the disabled. It is of theoretical and practical significance to integrate the system, resources and emotional factors in social organizations and build an integrated analysis framework to explain the action strategies of the organizations. The parents" organizations of the non-governmental disabled have taken the action strategies of building legal identity, emotional mobilization and resource integration in the course of development. These strategies are related to each other.
