Abstract:Gini coefficient (Gini), health resource density index (HRDI), Theil index are used to analyze the equity and regional balance of health resource allocation in Fujian Province. The results show that the total allocation of health resources in Fujian Province is increasing year by year, but the number of beds, practicing (assistant) physicians, and health technicians are lower than the national level, the allocation of registered nurses and practicing (assistant) physicians is less equitable, and the allocation of health resources in the region There are differences in balance. It is recommended to increase investment, further optimize the allocation of health human resources, strengthen the construction of medical and health institutions in mountainous areas, and continue to promote the construction of an integrated medical service system.
