Abstract:Abstract: A randomized controlled study was conducted to explore the application of humanistic speech intervention in the incidence of stress reaction and complications after gastroenteroscopy in order to develop a standardized process of humanistic care in gastrointestinal endoscopy diagnosis and treatment to improve the experience of patients. Humanistic speech intervention includes preoperative speech and diversification Preoperative education and postoperative psychological counseling and care. The results showed that the total incidence of postoperative stress reaction and complications in the control group was significantly higher than that in the experimental group, and there were significant differences in the incidence of dizziness, abdominal distension and pharyngeal discomfort. It shows that humanistic speech intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of stress and complications in patients with painless gastrointestinal endoscopy.
