Young Scholars who acquired Young Scientists Fund of National Natural Science Foundation of China and still work in Fujian medical university in 2002-2019 were the subject of the study. We analyse the division distribution of the Youth Fund, and seek the characteristics and rules of young scholars growth from the basic situation, and application and funding of projects, and the relationship between the following projects and the completion of Young Scientists Fund or the continuation of the application code. Our conclusion provide reference for the training of young personnel and the management of science funds in local undergraduate medical colleges and universities.
