This paper studies the coupling and coordination of health resource allocation and economic development in Anhui Province. The evaluation index system of health resource allocation and economic development was constructed, and the ' Anhui Statistical Yearbook ' from 2019 to 2023 and the ' Statistical Bulletin of Health Development in Anhui Province ' from 2018 to 2022 were consulted to collect relevant index data. The entropy method was used to calculate the index weight, the coupling coordination degree model was used to calculate the coupling coordination degree of the two systems, and the grey correlation degree model was used to explore the influencing factors. The results show that the allocation capacity of health resources and the level of economic development in Anhui Province have improved, but the development is not synchronized ; there are regional differences in coupling coordination degree, and the overall level needs to be improved. The quality of economic development and the allocation and utilization efficiency of health resources are important factors affecting the coordinated development of the two systems. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust regional development strategies and improve the coordination between health resource allocation and economic development. To play a leading role in the radiation of high-level coupling regions and narrow the gap of regional coordinated development ; attach importance to high-quality development and make up for the gap of coordinated development between the two systems.
