    摘要:

    专业课教师与辅导员肩负着协同育人的重要使命,但目前仍旧存在教育参与者观念误区、合力成效不显、评价体系待完善等问题,可通过健全制度保障、搭建协同平台、完善评价体系等渠道予以推进等方式,促进专业课教师与辅导员发挥好协同育人作用,进而更好的落实教育的立德树人本质要求。

    Abstract:

    The teachers and counselors of professional courses shoulder the important mission of educating people in cooperation, but there are still some problems such as the misunderstanding of the education participants, the obviousness effect of the joint effort, the imperfect evaluation system, etc. , by means of perfecting the system guarantee, setting up the cooperative platform and perfecting the evaluation system, we can promote the professional course teachers and counselors to play the cooperative education role, and then better implement the education of moral and the essence of the requirements.
