Abstract:This paper explores the application effect of "one power and three cycle" quality management mode in the medical record management, so as to provide a basis for continuous improvement of the quality of medical record management. Methods In January 2019, the hospital began to apply the quality management mode of "one power and three cycle" to the medical record management. January 1, 2018 and December 31 of solstice were defined as the early application period of "one power and three cycles" management mode, and January 1, 2020 and December 31 of solstice were defined as the late application period. The two groups of medical records were compared and analyzed in terms of their ability to organize medical records and the quality control indicators of the first page of medical records. SPSS20.0 was used to process data. P < 0.05 was considered statistically significant. After the application of "one power and three cycles" management mode, the inpatient record integrity rate, 7 days after discharge, 3 days after discharge, and 2 days after discharge were 98.2%, 92.1%, 84.5%, 80.6%, respectively, which were significantly higher than before, and the differences were statistically significant. After the implementation of "one power and three cycles" management mode, the completeness rate of the first page of the medical record, the correct rate of the selection of main diagnosis, the correct rate of the selection of main surgery and operation, the correct rate of the complete filling of other diagnoses, the correct rate of the main diagnosis coding, the correct rate of the coding of other diagnoses,The accuracy rates of operation and operation codes were 80.9%, 95.4%, 94.8%, 91.1%, 96.2%, 89.2%, 91.0%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those before the implementation, and the difference was statistically significant. The application of "one power and three cycle" quality management mode can effectively improve the ability of medical record collation and quality control of the first page of medical record, and then improve the overall quality of medical record management.
